6. Technical requirements:

6.1 conductor core and grounding wire are made of tinned copper single wire stranded into a bundle, its performance and appearance should be in accordance with the provisions of GB4910, tinned copper wire bundle pitch ratio should not be greater than 25 times.

The 6.2 insulation layer shall be a mixture of high-pressure polyethylene and color masterbatch. The insulation layer shall be tightly packed on the conductor and easy to peel off without damaging the conductor. The insulation core shall be divided into four cores (white, green, red and black cores (white and green). The insulated wire core shall be twisted together with the ground wire to form a cable after shielding, and the pitch ratio of the cable shall not be more than 14 times.

The 6.3 outer sheath shall be tightly packed on the stranded cable core and easily stripped without damaging the insulated core. The surface of the outer sheath shall be flat, smooth, uniform in color and without mechanical damage.

6.4 The finished cable should be able to withstand the AC rated voltage of 2000V test, 5 minutes without breakdown. The insulated wire resistance between each wire core of finished cable and ground wire shall not be less than 50MQ · KM. The finished cable shall be able to withstand water pressure test. Under the condition of room temperature and water pressure of 1MPa, the measured value of insulated wire resistance shall not decrease after being pressed for 168 hours.
